Josh trained at the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama. Josh teaches on the MA and Foundation Acting Programmes at ArtsEd and is a guest lecturer at the University of Chichester. He has additionally taught or directed at the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama, City Academy, Associated Studios, ICAT, W1 Workshops, The Centre PAC, the University of Westminster, the Performance Preparation Academy and Spotlight. He was the Head of Voice at The Musical Theatre Academy from 2018 until its closure in 2022.

 

Josh was also Co-Artistic Director of 'AndOn Theatre, where he devised,

co-produced and toured three original productions between 2013 and 2017.
